1. Who we are

Fortified Fuels (“we”, “us”) is a Connecticut Home Heating Oil Dealer, HOD #1375, located at 55 Post Rd W, 2nd Floor, Westport, CT 06880. These terms govern your use of fortifiedfuels.com.

2. Pricing

Prices published on this website apply to orders placed through our online checkout on the date shown, for standard deliveries within our stated service area, at or above the stated minimum gallons. The exact price for your address is always confirmed on the checkout screen before you place an order. Published prices may change without notice as the wholesale market moves.

3. Orders and delivery

Orders placed through the online ordering system are additionally subject to our Online Ordering Terms presented at checkout. Standard deliveries are typically completed the next business day but are not guaranteed to a specific date or time except where we expressly say so in writing.

4. SMS program terms

When you give express written consent (a checked box on one of our forms, or a documented yes during a call), we may send recurring informational and marketing text messages — for example refill reminders that include that day’s price. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel — we honor opt-outs across all our messaging. 5. Automatic Delivery (Fortified Autofill)

Enrollment is free and only ever happens with your explicit yes. Autofill deliveries are billed at the published website price in effect on the delivery date. You may cancel at any time, including by replying to any of our texts, with no cancellation fee.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Connecticut law, our liability related to this website is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
