What we collect

Information you give us through forms on this site: name, email, phone, ZIP code, town, and your message. When you submit a form we also record the page you submitted from, your IP address and browser information, and — if you checked the SMS consent box — the exact consent language you agreed to and when. Orders placed through the online checkout are processed by our ordering system and covered additionally by the Online Ordering Terms shown there.

How we use it

To respond to you, schedule and confirm deliveries, operate waitlists, run the Autofill program you asked for, and — only with your express consent — send marketing text messages. We store consent records because Connecticut and federal law (TCPA) require us to be able to prove them.

Sharing

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who run our operations (order processing, customer-relationship and messaging systems, website analytics), and when the law requires it.

Analytics

We use standard analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used and which pages lead to orders. You can block analytics with common browser tools without affecting your ability to order.
