Cancel Autofill
You can cancel your Autofill enrollment at any time, for any reason, with no penalty and no fee. Pick whichever way is easiest:
- This form — we confirm in writing within one business day.
- Email info@fortifiedfuels.com with the subject “Cancel Autofill” and your delivery address.
- Call (203) 200-0082 — just say “cancel”. If you reach voicemail, leave your name and delivery address; we process it within one business day.
- Mail to Fortified Fuels LLC, 55 Post Rd W, 2nd Floor, Westport, CT 06880 (certified mail recommended).
What happens next
- Cancellation takes effect when we receive it (online requests, emails and voicemails count from the time sent). If a truck is already on its way to you, that delivery is completed and billed at the Autofill Price.
- Any unpaid Autofill delivery is charged to your card on file. After you cancel, we never charge your card for anything else without asking you first. You can also ask us to remove your card.
- We’ll contact you to schedule a free pickup of the tank monitor within 14 days after Autofill ends, or later at a time you choose — it belongs to Fortified Fuels. Please don’t remove it yourself. There’s no charge for the monitor, and never a fee for cancelling.
- We confirm your cancellation in writing within one business day.
- You can re-enroll any time.
